NTSB hearings open on Kalamazoo spill, Enbridge called “Keystone cops”

The US National Transportation Safety Board has opened hearings in Washington, DC. on the 2010 Enbridge pipeline breach and bitumen spill near Kalmazoo, Michigan.   Storify compilation includes live blog from a Kalamazoo news site.   NTSB chair says Enbridge acted like “Keystone cops” in response to the crisis.
